Attorney Bio

Chip holds a B.A./ M.S. degrees from the State University of New York. Chip received his law degree from the Potomac School of Law in Washington, D.C. He has taught courses in Business Law and Real Estate Law at St. Michael's, Clinton Community College and the Broker's Institute. Chip is a member of the Vermont Bar Association and the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association. He works extensively in Real Estate, Commercial, Business and Banking Law and Estate Planning representing Developers, Banks, Credit Unions and over 400 small and medium size businesses. Chip is a licensed Vermont real estate broker.
